Our mat pilates classes explore the principles and techniques of Pilates on the mat. We combine traditional pilates moves with some weight training moves & short cardio bursts to create a total body workout. These sessions are crafted for everybody at every level to build confidence and understanding, strength and tone while prioritizing comfort and ability!

Small group pilates classes using pilates equipment that will challenge you while building strength & stability. Focus on refining skills and fostering creativity in movement, while receiving personalized guidance tailored to individual practice levels. Suitable for a wide range of people, from beginners to advanced students, pregnant women and seniors. With a maximum of 4 students per class - workouts are specifically tailored to ensure the best results for each individuals goals.
